Yes. TFRF free virtual family therapy and live online support groups have no session fee and do not require insurance. Optional donations support the mission but are never required to participate.

Families and loved ones impacted by someone else’s addiction and/or mental health challenges—spouses, parents, adult children, siblings, and close supports. Programs are nationwide online.
Is this a crisis line or residential treatment?
