Facilitators & family-centered expertise
Free virtual family therapy sessions are led by The Family Recovery Foundation’s facilitators and peer advocates who understand addiction’s impact on the whole family. Leadership includes Executive Director Beth Durling, MS, CADCII, ICADC, and founder Paul Alexander. Groups combine structured skill-building (communication, boundaries, detachment) with compassionate peer connection—online, live, and free.
We do not claim to replace every form of licensed clinical care in every state. When higher levels of care are needed for the person using substances, we also offer financial aid pathways and point families to national treatment directories—while keeping free family support available to you.
