  • Fix Your Family is our signature structured program designed specifically for families living with a loved one struggling with addiction or mental health challenges. This program consists of 12 guided modules walked out over approximately a six-month period, providing families with education, emotional support, and practical tools for real-life situations.

Led alongside our Clinical Director, families gain a deeper understanding of addiction, trauma, boundaries, communication, and healing. The goal is not just to support the individual in crisis, but to strengthen the entire family system through education, clarity, and ongoing guidance. This program is fully virtual, completely free of charge, and open to families nationwide.

  • The Family Room is a smaller, more intimate weekly virtual setting where families meet alongside our Clinical Director and a close group of other families who are walking a similar journey.

This space is designed for deeper discussion of ongoing family challenges, real-life situations, and curriculum taught in the Fix Your Family and morning sessions. It allows families to process what they are learning, ask questions, and receive personalized support in a confidential and supportive environment. This service is fully virtual, nationwide, and always free of charge.

  • Our live Morning Meditation is offered daily to help families begin their day grounded, emotionally supported, and centered. These guided virtual sessions focus on healing, resilience, emotional regulation, and strength for those carrying the weight of loving someone struggling with addiction or mental health challenges. Families from anywhere in the country can join, and participation is completely free.

  • We offer private virtual coaching sessions for family members who are experiencing grief, emotional exhaustion, confusion, or trauma related to a loved one’s addiction or mental health struggles. These individualized sessions provide personalized tools, guidance, and emotional support tailored to each family’s unique situation. This service is confidential, fully virtual, available nationwide, and completely free of charge.

  • Families receive access to ongoing educational materials, workshops, and recovery-informed resources designed to help them better understand addiction, mental health, boundaries, and long-term healing. Our focus is to replace fear, guilt, and isolation with knowledge, empowerment, and support. All educational resources are provided virtually and free to families across the United States.
