The mission of the Total Fitness Revolution Foundation (TFR) is to empower and improve the lives of youth through sports specific athletic training and academic enrichment programming. The TFR Foundation‘s focus is on children in low socioeconomic environments or whose families are affected directly by serious illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Our programming establishes a baseline in which children and their families can build a foundation of healthy living with the intent of supporting lifelong healthy choices.
We believe that everyone can Live Healthy, Live Long, and Live Totally Fit.
In partnership with Total Fitness Revolution, this summer will offer a Health and Wellness Camp (Summer Session 1) and a Sports and Agility Trainig Camp (Summer Session 2) for students grades 1st thru 12th.
Located on the West Side of Atlanta, this state of the art facility houses over 16,000 sq and encompasses everything from CrossFit, CrossFit Kids, Personal Training, Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Barre, Cardio Dance, HIT, Zumba, Kickboxing, Sports Specific Training, and more!
TFR FOUNDATION CAMPS
Health & Wellness Camp
Summer Session I - June 13-17th - Grades 1st - 6th
This one-week, fun-filled camp is a student-centered journey through the various components of total health and wellness: fitness, nutrition, mental health, and self-esteem.
Daily activities include:
- Hands-on nutrition and cooking classes
- Yoga and mindfulness lessons
- Meaningful field trips
- Leadership training.
Sports Agility Training Camp
Summer Session II - July 18th- 22nd Grades 7th - 12th
This is a one-week intensive training camp for student athletes to improve speed, agility, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
Some camp highlights include:
- CrossFit training
- Plyometrics classes
- Sport-specific drills
- College readiness
Training camp culminates with field day, lunch in the park, and athlete meet-and-greet.
